Governance

Operating under the Privacy Act 1988, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and Queensland's Child Protection Act 1999. All practitioners hold a current Working with Children check, an NDIS Worker Screening clearance, and current professional registration.

Data and recording

Physiological signal data is captured during technology-assisted sessions to drive the feedback loop. Audio and video are not recorded by default. Data at rest is AES-256 encrypted; in transit, TLS 1.3. Access is role-based with MFA. Retention windows are written into the consent form you sign.

Mandatory reporting

We will report, by law, when there is a reasonable belief a child is at risk of harm, or when an adult is at imminent risk to themselves or others.
